Leadership

Governor of New York:
The Governor of the Capital of the Protectorate, also referred to as Governor of New York, exercises Imperial authority within New York, the Capital of the Protectorate.

Lieutenant-Governor of New York:
The Lieutenant Governor of New York is the principal deputy to the Governor of the Capital of the Protectorate and shall serve as Mayor of New York City.

Director of the American Bureau of Investigation :
The Director of the American Bureau of Investigation is appointed by the Governor of New York to lead the American Bureau of Investigation, oversee federal law enforcement and crime investigation.

Commissioner of the New York Police Department :
The Commissioner of the New York Police Department is appointed by the Mayor of New York City to lead the New York Police Department, maintain its personnel, and enforce the law.

Chief Justice of the Court of New York:
The Chief Judge of the Court of New York is the highest ranking judicial authority within the Capital of the Protectorate. They shall be responsible for the upkeep of the judiciary, the publication of the Criminal Code, and appointment of judges, and shall be appointed by the Governor of the Capital of the Protectorate.

Comptroller of New York:
The Comptroller of New York is appointed by the Mayor of New York and is responsible for the finances of the Capital of the Protectorate. They shall be the Chief Financial Officer of New York and President of the New York Branch of the Imperial Bank.

Commissioner of Logistics:

Public Advocate of New York:
The Public Advocate of New York is tasked with public morality and spiritual unity of the organs of the state with the people. They shall be authorized to investigate and adjudicate these matters and shall be appointed by the Council of New York. Provisions of dismissal shall be created by legislation.

District Attorney of the Capital of the Protectorate:
The District Attorney of the Capital of the Protectorate is responsible for the prosecution and oversight of all prosecutors within the City of New York. The District Attorney is further authorized to compel investigations by the National Security Bureau, American Bureau of Investigation, or New York Police Department. They shall be appointed by nomination of the Commissioner of Police and confirmation by the Governor of New York.
